How to Get a Resident Parking Sticker
Starting January 1, 2026, the City of Everett will no longer automatically mail Resident Parking Stickers. All residents must apply for their sticker.
- Online: Submit your application quickly and easily through the official online portal:
- Apply on the portal starting 1/1/26
- Note: click the “Parking Passes” category beneath the main “General” category
- By Phone: Call to place your order over the phone:

- City Hall Systems: 508-381-5455
- In-Person: Visit City Hall to complete the application form in person:
- Constituent Services (City Hall, 484 Broadway)
Resident Sticker Pricing and Application Period

Resident stickers will be FREE during January and February!

Beginning March 1st, the cost for a resident sticker will be $10.00.
Standard Resident Sticker Requirements
The following requirements apply to all standard resident parking sticker applications:

Vehicle Registration: The vehicle must be registered and garaged in the City of Everett to be eligible for a resident sticker.

Application Limit: You may apply for up to 4 stickers per online application.

Required Information: You will need to provide your name, address, license plate number, the name on the vehicle registration, email, and phone number.

Verification: Your information will be verified, and the City will confirm that there are no outstanding parking tickets or excise taxes due before the sticker is processed and mailed.
In-Person Documentation
If you are applying in person, please bring:

Valid Vehicle Registration showing your correct Everett address.

For Leased Vehicles: Please also bring a valid Massachusetts license, current utility bill, or current lease agreement showing your correct Everett address.
