Class Descriptions

 1. Body Blast: A 60-minute calorie burning workout that incorporates interval cardio and body sculpting. This total-body targets muscles from head to toe - building strength and endurance, while improving flexibility. Light weights are used to shape and tone refining body alignment and posture. 

2. Body Battle*: This 45-minute class is a high calorie burning and high energy workout, solely inspired by many styles of martial arts, such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo and Tai Chi. There will also be an element of self-defense to the class as well! 

3. Body Pump*: The original barbell class that will strengthen your entire body and challenge all of your major muscle groups! This class will use exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls! 

4. Core and More!: This class will target your entire torso, including black and core muscles. It is said that a strong core leader to a strong and fit body that will be less prone to injury. This welcomes all fitness levels! 

5. Funk Fitness: A progressive fusion of Hip-Hop, Jazz and Zumba, designed to help you shake stress, burn calories and have fun! The core of the class is a dance routine, which includes a series of kicks, turns and footwork, while rocking out to the latest pop and hip-hop music. All levels are welcome and no previous dance experience required. 

6. Intro to Boxing: Introduction to Boxing is approximately 80% anaerobic and 20% aerobic, which is why I included interval training along with cardio and weight training. This workout combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you're a well-balanced boxer.

7. Ladies Soccer: This class consists of dynamic workout of speed and conditioning with and without the ball, and ending with a scrimmage each class. This could benefit soccer moms, who are looking to coach their children's team, as well as by using what they've learned in the class. 
8. Muscle Conditioning: A total-body workout using light weights and high reps. Core, cardio and interval all in one! 

9. Spinning Boot Camp: A stationary group cycling class taught on specially designed bikes. The class is set with motivating music and offers intense cardiovascular training for both beginners and seasoned athletes. Spinning will in fact strengthen and tone your body and mind!  

10. Step & Sculpt: This class is designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. The American Council on Exercise recommends not only cardio workouts to keep the heart and lungs strong, but also muscle conditioning exercises to keep the skeletal frame and muscles in good working order.

11. Strength Camp*: Are you ready for an intense interval training class? Strength Camp will use weights and calisthenics for the one-stop body shock that combines easy, yet effective cardio routines, interlaced with weights and resistance work. 

12. Strength & Tone: This 45 minute all over body workout is designed to strengthen and tone major muscle groups, while burning calories! Each class will have a warm-up, short cardio component, strength-training exercises and cool-down.  We will use a combination of hand weights and floor work to work the entire body.  This class provides a nice mix for all fitness levels.

13. Synergy 360: This circuit class will utilize the multi-functional machine station in the middle of the Center. This will class will help build strength and power, focusing on the total-body! 

14. Total Body Pump: This class will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body! The class will focus on light weights, as well as high repetition movements, jumping jacks and laps, which help to burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

15. Triple Threat: This 45-minute sports inspired cardio class will bring out your inner athlete - guaranteed! Each week this class will incorporate 3 dynamic formats, such as Tabata, Circuits, Supersets, EMOM, Add-ons and Pyramid. This high-energy workout will help you to improve stamina, speed, agility, strength, balance and overall athletic performance. 

16. Turbo Kick: This class mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that just makes you want to move! Movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give a great cardiovascular workout. This will help tone and sculpt entire body, increase cardio fitness and improve endurance. Come warmed up and be patient with yourself as you learn the challenging techniques.

17. Workout of the Day: This cross-fit like training session will help you build to become strong and will use different dynamics to train your body. 

18. Yoga: Aside from the array of physical benefits, yoga is the best benefit, especially in managing stress, which has been known to have the most devastating effects on the body and mind. This class will help you develop coping skills and reaching a more positive outlook on life! 

19. Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. 

20. Pure Strength: Build strength, add definition, increase bone density, and decrease body fat. This class uses a variety of weight training equipment to change the shape of your body. No muscles will be neglected.

21. Hip Hop Step: This class combines the classic, medium to high intensity, step cardio workout with basic step aerobics choreographed routines, but takes standard hi/lo aerobics moves and gives them a bit of an upbeat style. Set to the latest hip-hop music, this class will give you a work-out. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.

22. Boot Camp:  A 45 minute A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises, with cardio and strength training, Each class is different to try to push our members to push harder. You will have tons of fun, while experiencing some high intensity training.

23. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): Also known as Tabata, or Burst Training, takes an interval style approach. This workout is designed to train the total body and is super intense. This class is 30 minutes of nonstop Core /Cardio training.

24. Spinning: A stationary group cycling class taught on specially designed bikes; class is set to motivating music and offers intense cardiovascular training; for both beginners and seasoned athletes, spinning will strengthen and tone body and mind. 

25. Rock Bottom: A 30min workout zoning in to target your lower half. Work on leaning & strengthening thighs & calves while lifting & toning your bottom.

26. Walk It Out: A morning low impact, beginners, cardio class. This class helps begin to build stamina, and endurance, through gradual building of intensity.
