Class Descriptions

1. Barre: This class includes components of pilates, yoga and ballet by utilizing the ballet bar and their own body weight to achieve long, lean muscles.  

2. Body Blast: A 60-minute calorie burning workout that incorporates interval cardio and body sculpting. This total-body targets muscles from head to toe - building strength and endurance, while improving flexibility. Light weights are used to shape and tone refining body alignment and posture. 

3. Core and More!: This class will target your entire torso, including black and core muscles. It is said that a strong core leader to a strong and fit body that will be less prone to injury. This welcomes all fitness levels! 

4. Funk Fitness: A progressive fusion of Hip-Hop, Jazz and Zumba, designed to help you shake stress, burn calories and have fun! The core of the class is a dance routine, which includes a series of kicks, turns and footwork, while rocking out to the latest pop and hip-hop music. All levels are welcome and no previous dance experience required. 

5. Insanity Live: A challenging group-focused athletic training class, including cardio conditioning and total-body strength drills, designed for all levels. The moves are easy to follow, but the workout will challenge you, change you and get you in the best shape of your life. Moves can always be modified, so you can work up to your own best level. 

6. Ladies Soccer: This class consists of dynamic workout of speed and conditioning with and without the ball, and ending with a scrimmage each class. This could benefit soccer moms, who are looking to coach their children's team, as well as by using what they've learned in the class. 

7. Latin Hip-Hop: The most dynamic dancing styles built in one of the most fun class! This gives the dancer the opportunity of creating new steps simply by following the music. Latin rap is not just a musical style, but rather a class that covers all hip-hop music with a Latin flare! 

8. Muscle Conditioning: A total-body workout using light weights and high reps. Core, cardio and interval all in one! 

9. Spinning Boot Camp: A stationary group cycling class taught on specially designed bikes. The class is set with motivating music and offers intense cardiovascular training for both beginners and seasoned athletes. Spinning will in fact strengthen and tone your body and mind!  

10: Step & Sculpt: This class is designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles working. The American Council on Exercise recommends not only cardio workouts to keep the heart and lungs strong, but also muscle conditioning exercises to keep the skeletal frame and muscles in good working order.

11. Strength & Tone: This 45 minute all over body workout is designed to strengthen and tone major muscle groups, while burning calories! Each class will have a warm-up, short cardio component, strength-training exercises and cool-down.  We will use a combination of hand weights and floor work to work the entire body.  This class provides a nice mix for all fitness levels.

12. Synergy 360: This circuit class will utilize the multi-functional machine station in the middle of the Center. This will class will help build strength and power, focusing on the total-body! 

13. Total Body Pump: This class will sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body! The class will focus on light weights, as well as high repetition movements, jumping jacks and laps, which help to burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

14. Triple Threat: This 45-minute sports inspired cardio class will bring out your inner athlete - guaranteed! Each week this class will incorporate 3 dynamic formats, such as Tabata, Circuits, Supersets, EMOM, Add-ons and Pyramid. This high-energy workout will help you to improve stamina, speed, agility, strength, balance and overall athletic performance. 

15. Turbo Kick: This class mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that just makes you want to move! Movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give a great cardiovascular workout. This will help tone and sculpt entire body, increase cardio fitness and improve endurance. Come warmed up and be patient with yourself as you learn the challenging techniques.

16. Workout of the Day: This cross-fit like training session will help you build to become strong and will use different dynamics to train your body. 

17. Yoga: Aside from the array of physical benefits, yoga is the best benefit, especially in managing stress, which has been known to have the most devastating effects on the body and mind. This class will help you develop coping skills and reaching a more positive outlook on life! 

18. Zumba: A fusion of Latin and international music dance themes creating dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routines feature aerobic and fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. 

19. Zumba Kids: For ages 8-10 years, this class features kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba choreography. In this class, the steps are broken down easy for them to follow, as well as adding games, activities and learning full dances. Your child will learn to develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of their life by making fitness fun!
